How We Work

All of our property inventory inspections are carried out by our experienced, friendly and qualified team. They are highly trained to not only follow industry guidelines, but also go one step further through photo based reporting, quality control proof reading and speedy returns to clients.

 

We have invested in the best technology, guaranteeing our reports are sent out by the next working day*. Detailed property reports inclusive of colour photographs are available quickly and accurately in PDF format.

We operate 7 days a week, 364 days a year from 8am to 8pm. Our support team is available every day including bank holidays to ensure your queries are answered promptly.

Our high-end technology suite ensures our inventory reports are compiled accurately and consistently, allowing both landlords’ properties and tenants' deposits to remain protected and safe. Less time spent on developing reports, more time on site assessing your property. Our property inspection reports include an abundance of accurately referenced, scaled, date stamped and embedded photographs.
